Xbox Graphics problem

Could you please post a graphics options menu for the Xbox? Because it doesn't make sense, all my games run without any pixelated graphics problems, and PoE never had this problem either... It's just started having bad graphics like this.

Sorry, I cleaned my Xbox... Anyway, here's a video with the update patch from today:
