Buy points in shop keeps loading

I’m trying to access the buy points section in the shop but it keeps on loading infinitely. Rest of the sections in shop are working fine it’s just the buy points section isn’t working for me. Keeps on loading.

On Playstation I occasionally need to close PoE and open the PlayStation Store normally. Then I start PoE again and it works correctly. Perhaps something similar on Xbox?
