"Unexpected Error" eats all of the map device portals

No idea if this is new/old/known, but twice today I have had an "unexpected error", while running a valdo map nonetheless (you know, for valuable items), and both times when I came back in, all of the available portals were gone..

It wasn't a "only opens 1 portal" map either.. Feels kinda terrible that because of an "unexpected error" the game decides to remove all of the portals.. When the game also explains to you that they remain open for 7-15 minutes..

Please check into this.. Playing on PS5.. Seems like something that should be looked at.. Don't think I am the only one that this has happened to.. Nothing like wasting currency due to a game malfuction.
