Hiya, if you are referring to in-game items I'm afraid the only way to do so would be to either add your Steam account to the Path of Exile account that has the items or by trading them to a secondary account that is also yours. Alternatively, you can create a Guild, join the Guild with both accounts (if they are both yours or if one belongs to a friend) and then use the Guild stash to hold the items.
