Please make vendors sell active-skill gems in Ruthless mode

I mean, I do understand that we shall get minimal supporting gems in Ruthless, but vendors don't sell active gems is not about difficulty, but about labor. For instance, if I want to play a summoner templar, I have to create a witch mule char for her quest rewards.

One of the greatest features in POE is the freedom of character building. Please still keep it in Ruthless. I like the difficulty in Ruthless and that keeps me excited, but labor work is always a disappointment for any game.
