Hiya, double checked and I'm afraid it doesn't appear your accounts are linked (you have provided two separate account names). In this case you will need to log into your account using the Steam sign in option on the Path of Exile website.

If you wish to add an email address to an account associated with Steam you can do so after logging in using the Steam option -> Manage connections -> Email and follow the prompts.
