Account IP banned

I dont know if this is right place to post this but my account got banned for some reason? Im not using any 3rd party programs expect awakaned poe and played normally for the last 6 months and today i entered the game and it tells me my account IP is banned? There isnt even any notification why or anything? The account is this one im posting the message.
