Knockback, reverse knockback, and Empire's Grasp

TLDR most important points:

1. "Knockback direction is reversed" needs to be an option in Attack Mastery.

2. Empire's Grasp needs to be buffed so that its viable in more than 1-2 obscure builds, particularly if point #1 is implemented.

Reverse knockback is a really cool idea that is exclusive to some bad gloves that nearly never get used. If it was in attack mastery then it would be an option that could get picked for plenty of cases, such as making skills that inherently have knockback more attractive to people that might not like that part of them, or enabling a new group play dynamic, to name only a couple.

Empire's Grasp needs a buff even if point #1 isn't implemented, something that simply makes it more usable for its effect in general application even if your skill isn't socketed into the gloves themselves, like if it had "40% chance to Knock Enemies Back on hit". Then the option of using skills socketed into the gloves would be for when you want the effect to be stronger, maybe even change the support from level 10 knockback to level 30 or something.

If point #1 is implemented then Empire's Grasp would need something changed or added to it to make it effective in spite of Meginord's Vise existing, such as increased knockback distance or increased area effect, or maybe even change it so the reverse knockback is local to socketed skills in case people want the effect but not have it be global.

Of course, easily acquired unique items aren't powerful and aren't meant to be, and none of this would make Empire's Grasp any kind of powerhouse, it would just make them slightly more than another unique that never gets picked up or likely even seen because it's filtered out by loot filters, which I think is a shame simply because it has a cool unique mechanic tied to it.
