Profane bloom and mines

I propose the idea, which I'm sure has been thought of before, to introduce an item or even affix that reads "enemies killed by your mines are considered killed by you" so that profane bloom can work with mines. I found my favorite build this league rekindling an old classic thanks to transfigured gems, Glacial Cascade of the Fissure miner on Occultist. But was heart broken when I found out profane bloom doesn't work with mines. Why GGG? PLEASE LET THIS WORK! <3

This is not that easy. This would also mean that reflect would then go back to you, that you could leech from those monsters and that they could generate charges for you. This change may raise balancing issues.
