[3.25] [PF League Starter] Pconc Bounce on hit, Crit (Updated)
I figured it out finally, so if you saw this before, this is the final, league starter type version. you can scuff up the rares a bit and still do this affordably at about 20 div. If you're low on suppress just do lucky mastery and you're good.
Good luck to anyone that tries it, it's kind of fun

Here is a T17 (my first fortress run with these mods and this build). Can be bad and still do it. Not too shabby.

This is an alternative to other pconc builds out there. It's fairly cheap besides the watchers eye but I think that a little chaos res is manageable for a league starter. I vaal all of my own gems as I level so the gems are definitely self vaal'd over time. The only thing that genunely seems expensive is the whispers of doom but then the amulet can sell as a base with that enchant as well.
I have been working on trying to have a league starter that's a bit off meta and easy and I think this is strong and I can get it to over 10 mil dps with some more investment. Ask any questions and I'll do my best to answer. A quick delve run to show in action:

NOTE: i accidentally had shock on in the POB, it's not intentional. I tried a focus shock instead of res craft on the ring to feel it out for more dps. Be sure to turn that off. I do think shock on focus is best but leaves you a bit more vulnerable. POB:

EDIT: Yes you can use feed the fury as well with better attribute and ele res management, however, I am predicting that it might get nerfed. I can't be sure. You can also explore Marylene's Fallacy for more dps as well. It's a flexible build for a league starter with some potential to get a little more dps for those interested. Edit: As far as the current price for the forbidden flesh/flame combo jewels. They were far cheaper ealier this league and early last league than they are later. I'm assuming it will likely still be only about 5 to 6 div for both if you care enough. otherwise, can get your attributes and res there and use Feed the Fury.
