[PS4] Game crashes CE-34878-0

Hi,

I know there's a few posts about this issue I'm facing but they're all quite old.

I'm currently facing a lot of crashes on PS4 with the same error code: CE-34878-0


It's stated on PS Support that I have to double check if my console's firmware is up-to-date and as well as the game I'm experiencing it on; all are up-to-date.

I even tried clearing cache, do a rebuild, and even re-initialize my console but after all the troubleshooting and/or testing, nothing solved the issue of PoE constantly crashing.

PoE crashes regardless of what I'm doing, it crashes at times when doing Acts, doing Maps, and even while browsing through the Trade Market in-game.


PS: This is only happening with PoE, I'm not facing this on any other games that I'm playing.

Forgot to add, the crash occurs specifically whenever I'm doing the following:


• Moving from a town to HO
• Trying to enter a Map
• Browsing through Stash Tabs
• Checking Skill Tree
