Item for sale does not appear on the website

After noticing that for days no one had sent me a message wanting to buy items, even when I included super cheap items, I decided to go to the trade part of the website to see if the prices had changed, and to my surprise, my items did not appear on the website.

I already closed the tab, changed tabs, restarted the game, but it didn't solve the problem. Could anyone help me please?
