Logged in through steam for the first time in a long time. New computer fresh install. Account locked contact support. No clear explanation of how to process getting access to my account in game.

In rare cases where your email provider's blocked the emails GGG uses to send you your codes, you don't.
It'd be nice to not hard freeze. Just saying. YES I AM INSANE, ZANA! :>
