Help in adjusting private league setting

Hi I noticed some posts here regarding switching the state of a private league from ssf to non ssf and saying to email support, but the support emails have mentioned to me there are no tools available to them for that, is this a possible thing to do or is there a specific person I need to reach out to for this?
