Problem with email

Hello , i have problem with changing my email , because i cannot verify my account . I always got "Processing Change Email Request
An email should be sent to your current address soon. Please visit the link in the email to complete the change." but in the end i dont get any respond with link in my new email . Please help

Do you have access to the email address you made the account with?

And and all emails from the game will go there including the one with the link to change your email address.
