Nichelle, you may want to have your Website Operations Team look into their cloudflare CDN configuration.
Cloudflare about two months ago changed how their challenges work, largely without notification or disclosure (as far as I'm aware). You typically see this type of block screen when a certain number of challenge requests fails, or alternatively where cloudflare deems the ASN/IP block you originate from exceeds a certain threshold of failed challenges. The recent changes to their challenges also now require APIs which may or may not be properly implemented in all browsers. This includes the History API, and Canvas API which will almost certainly fail in Safari, and Console based Browsers. Your Website Team can confirm these challenges are failing by using a Firefox Browser (any recent version), and enabling privacy.resistFingerprint=true. This blocks the API's which are often not properly implemented, and will serve as a good marker for whether PS5 and other console browsers will be able to connect. So long as your CDN configuration has not whitelisted your company IP ranges, you should see that with this feature enabled you are no longer able to access your website. This is true of any cloudflare shimmed website for bot verification. There are varying compilation flags for browsers which impact these APIs such that the challenges will fail, so the privacy feature itself is not the cause, it is simply a good benchmark for testing for this issue in a way that can be replicated. This is the explanation for why your Technical Forum has a number of posts from various people (myself included), about not being able to access your site, or accounts, under various keywords or terms such as Infinite Cloudflare Loop, Verify Me, etc. |
