I linked both my xbox and steam accounts to the website but it wont let me transfer my mtx to pc.

Hi StickyWeed, unfortunately the Xbox and PC versions of Path of Exile are completely separate. I'm afraid that you will not be able to access console purchases from PC and vice versa.
