Visual bug after recent update (Video)

I played the whole league calmly until the latest update there are bugs with the image until the eyes hurt

I have the issue as well a lot of flickering on the screen doesn't give me an indication of what I'm picking up off the ground. Also noticed it got worse or started after doing harvest in a map.

It is enough that you see only subtitles and gears without a background already it is clear that the screen will flicker of course restarting the game helps but I have no intention of doing it all the time.... it was good and now it is impossible to play....
