Hey DavidElite, as neohongkong mentioned you would need to purchase two weapon skins if you would like to use them for two weapons at the same time. The exception to this would be weapon skins obtained from Supporter Packs or challenge rewards. I hope this helps!

to add one more source. You don't need two copies of Kirac's Pass if the weapon skin is from the pass. If you unlock one copy, you can unlock another for free in https://www.pathofexile.com/shop/category/unlocked
