Safehous run not finisheable

Hello,
I ran a safehouse, got killed by kind of a holy relic blasting me after I defeted the syndicate members. Now the leader cant be clicked/interrogated. Jun keeps following me. Bug report 4.165.192.264 Last bumped on May 6, 2024, 6:05:43 PM
