What are the chat rules?

Hello, I can't find where the rules for in game chat are.

A month ago I got muted for making a joke in global "selling a scroll of wisdom for 1 div" or something ridiculous like that.
Today I got muted for asking for 3 divines in global chat.

Thanks for the help.

Edit: The mute tells me to that I have broken "Code of Conduct" and I cant find a rule that I broke from that list. Asking something once isn't spam or disruptive. Correct me if I'm wrong.
