Change location

Good Day GGG Support,
Sometimes i get a notification when logging in, that it is from a new location. Usually i have to then unlock the account ´because it has been accesed from a different location. How do i change my location to my Current Adress. Kind regards. Last bumped on May 6, 2024, 12:12:34 AM

This happens when your ISP assigns you another IP address for your internet connection, it does not relate to your physical location. It is a security feature to help protect your account.

do you have comcast? this has been happening to me since feb.
started happening when i got an email about them changing lines or something. it really is annoying... | |
