Vaal Vessel didn't drop Uniq item with implicit corrupted mods.

The Vaal area was rolled with mod "Vaal Vessel drops unique item with two corrupted implicit modifiers". It was special area from crafting bench, which guaranteed Vaal Mortal Fragment.

possible that 2% to drop corrupted mod messed things up?
was the destiny leather on the ground a bricked queen of the forest by chance? | |

I don't think it can 'brick' an item that is already corrupted. But it is easily verifiable by GGG i guess. The destiny armour didn't have implicits, that i'm sure 100%.
