Unstable in multithreading mode

It’s impossible to play when multi-threading mode is running, constant stutters, severe instability of the picture, I tried to shoot a video but when I start recording the instability disappears, it looks like streamer accounts really exist xd

Performance graph when walking in the city with multithreading enabled and recording disabled: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N0F6ln2xHZqFyyHB4DQRZQwost64J-BX/view?usp=sharing

Multithreading mode is turned off, recording is disabled and the FPS, although lower, feels more stable, performance graph:

Multi-threading mode is enabled, recording is enabled, the game is stable, FPS is limited to 60: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KVoJ8971IC7USSSAJca4qyS6c5Wle4h4/view?usp=sharing

Multithreading mode is turned off, recording is turned on, the game is quite stable, fps 35:

8 physical core CPU from 2012 limited to 8GT/s max theoretical bus sped. CPU updates halted back in 2020. I think you need a newer PC the bus speed is going to be a huge bottleneck when it comes to shader compilation
As a workaround, you can disable CPU C-states or run something in background (YouTube, Twitch, etc.) for stability in multithreading mode.
