Piety Ball Lightning not disappearing

With the "Destructive Play" keystone allocated, one of the bosses summoned by Maven was Piety (from the Shrine Map).

As shown in the screenshot the Ball Lightning does not disappear, it is stuck in place and continues to deal damage

After dying and re-entering the map it did disappear, but before leaving the map it stayed permanently
