Call of Steel appears to ignore impale effect

Call of Steel deals damage "equal to the Damage of removed Impales multiplied by the number of Hits they have left". This calculation appears to ignore increases to impale effect, which seems wrong.

Testing: character with no damage range (all from Bloodthirst), hit a fresh enemy, used Call of Steel. Did the same thing except with the 20% increased Effect of Impales you inflict on non-Impaled Enemies mastery allocated. Precisely the same damage was dealt.
