Betrayal "Fortification" in map bug

As seen in the video, I couldn't get out of the Fortification room and couldn't damage the walls or put down Cameira either. I suspect either my Lightning Warp or me getting out of my map to fulfill a trade to be the culprit. Once I came back into my map after the trade the Syndicate started acting weirdly and God knows how I got inside the fort but one thing to consider is that I was channelling Cyclone (which triggers my Lightning Warp) during the event. Also, maybe the encounter had already been triggered before I got out of the map and resulted in this bug.
