Battlemage's Cry + Dual Strike of ambidexterity. Trigger not works.

I tryed to use Battlemage's Cry linked with Blood Rage, trigger does not work with Dual Strike of Ambidexterity attacks, but hits with Whirling Blades triggers blood rage.
If i just don't understand something in this trigger mech, pls explain what.

Ok, my bad, i found explanation: "The Exert mechanic is not compatible with skills which repeat, therefore Battlemage's cry cannot trigger spells from attacks supported by Multistrike."
