Inconsistent gem vendor windows

Lilly Roth shows the misc. gem tab as White, while Siosa has an uncoloured tab. Due to Convocation being a Blue gem, this tab should be uncoloured.

Additionally, Lilly Roth in hideout overlaps the gem tabs and "Select Item To Buy", while Siosa and Lilly Roth in the Acts do not.
