Rogue Harbour

Can you PLEASE do something about Rogue Harbor?? Worst place in the entire game, this is the only place i lag and constantly disconnect and I know its a constant problem for other players as well. Just friggin have the zone hide other players or something because its extremely unoptimized and is unacceptable

Same thing has been happening to a friend of mine.
~75% of the time when he enters the zone, he crashes.

Not sure what's causing it, as I never had a chance to look at his logs.

Daily reminder that the Rogue Harbour is the only league content in the game that has a shared lobby zone. It doesn't need to be like this, all other league areas are for you/your party only.

If you're not crashing in Rogue Harbour, you're probably getting half your normal FPS, or a seizure-inducing flickering.

In 17 days, it will be FOUR YEARS since Heist league came out, and GGG has not addressed the seizure-inducing flickering!

Rogue Harbor is the only hub that devs want you to share with other players so badly that it can connect you to a different realm disregarding your connection issues with that realm.

Also, it is packed with other players so much that it causes graphical artifacts and massive FPS slowdowns, that even dynamic culling and resolution can't help at all. Also terrible cacophony of MTX sounds as a cherry on top.

Oh, and rogues AI is still broken. Demolition rogues are still struggling with reward rooms with 2 chests, brute force can get stuck unable to reach their job site, and Gianna sometimes gets stuck in the transformation loop, bricking the contract.

Gonna keep bumping these posts til it gets some attention from GGG.

7800X3D/4060/32GB/Win11 all uptodate on latest drivers, playing on lowest settings possible at 1080p render (4k native).

At peak times i cannot play heist because if the harbour has a bunch of afk MTXs i will crash to desktop.
