Betrayal Bugs and Hard Crashing

I went into a safehouse where Aisling was supposed to be and she wasnt in the safehouse room and was locked in the room with no exit back to the main area and reward room locked out

now after exiting the safehouse instance via portal (after someone told me it will reset the instance and Jun would reopen the safehouse portal)

betrayal now crashes game every time I open the investigation screen from Juns menu
