Some corpses spawned by Desecrate in t17 maps can damage players - possibly abusable to PK others

Some t17 exclusive monster types produce on-death effects, when their corpses are summoned with Desecrate. These effects are damaging to the player, as if it was created by an actual mob.

I found two so far: One that leaves a phys dot puddle, giving the "boiling blood" debuff (from Bloody Burrower) and the other causes some poison bubbles to pop up, which deal hit dmg (not sure which monster causes that one).

Further testing revealed that this bug could even be used to PK people, since adding the Bloody Burrowers to your desecrate pool allows you to spam this degen puddle in Menagerie/Delve/Maps, see clip here: https://streamable.com/he4o4n

I assume that the degen scales with the corpse level, since the one in the t17 map (corpses lvl 84) hurt a lot more than the one in the last clip (desecrate lvl1, i.e. corpse lvl 20) - in any case, this should probably be fixed asap.
