If an employee could message this account, that would be greatly appreciated. I had a very unsavory interaction with a member of GGG staff, upon going to support I was very surprised when someone got back to me in less than 20 mins at almost 2AM. I then realized the person who responded was the same GGG staff member, he then proceeded to blatantly lie about the topic at hand in attempt to cover his own arse and I assume closed the ticket. Please PM me stating your job title and name/alias which you go under in regards to all things poe. (simply a precaution so as to not run into the same staff member. I will delete this post as soon as staff messages me, the higher up your position the better preferably.
