bug or normal interaction???

hello! first of all i'm sorry for my english ..

So i would be direct:

1:
"% incresed cast speed for each different non instant spell you've cast recently" (caster mastery)

that masterie work with and count to you by all form of automatisation "trigger automation etc.."

2:
"minions deal % increased damage if you've used a minion skill recently"

with this it doesn't work like the first one. you can't automatise it


It is normal or a bug? For me if one work the other need to work or vice versa.

"you've cast" or "you've used(cast or attack)" are the same thing.

I try so many situtions and it work like i said in game.

I played frost bolt of ice nova with kitava's thirst who trigger 4 curse and give me the cast speed

actually i play a coc absolution and the trigger of abso don't count the mod of minions..

automation + IC or MS give me cast speed

automation + convocation don't give me the mod of minions

really i test so many combo and it not work normally
