Question on Earendel's Embrace

Just got this drop, and am about to start using it. I'm running a Templar/Guardian build with minions.

My question is, several of the mods on this weapon pertain to skeletons, which I don't have, just sentinals. But, I'm assuming the +30% to minions damage will still apply to my sentinals. Does anyone know for sure?

Each line is treated separately. The line "Minions deal (30-40)% increased Damage" will apply to all your minions.

My current question with this is would the Ash explicit count towards Raging Spirits. I doubt it would, but debating trying it on a
