Allflame and Ritual bug

Monster packs swapped with Allflame ember packs barely give any tribute. On my LAST Ritual 4/4 in T16 map with 40%+ pack size I had a huge amount of monsters which gave around 500 tribute from 6000 to 6500... Monsters which weren't affected by Allflame gave me 10 times more tribute. What's the point of using these Allflame embers if they are useless in terms of value and breaks down other league mechanics?
