Chimera + Harbinger stuck bug?

I am experiencing weird bug/combo with Chimeras and something from Harbinger.
If there are both of them together, then i am always stuck on Petrified Status with timer 0:00 after cooldown.
Only what i can do, is exit to character menu and back.

Bug or am i doing something wrong?
