Instant death on T1 Shipyard Map

My character on HC Necropolis:
Level 74
HP: 1688
ES: 3507
Mana: 914
Mind over Matter
Max res
4108 armour
866.5 ES regen
1105.4 HP recharge

I start Trialmaster Stage 1.... instant death.

Please explain this to me!
How can I ever start playing end game if things like this happen?
