Disconnected Failed to connect to instance at Log In Screen

I am having issues loading into POE. I have already tried deleting my shader caches, verifying the integrity of the files through steam, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Whenever I get to the character select screen and select a character (I tried both league and standard) The game shows the loading screen for the Karui Shores and then I get bumped back to the title screen with a message "Disconnected Failed to connect to instance".

Is there any other steps I should take to get this fixed?

Which server are you connecting to? Can you connect to a different one?

I normally connect to DC. I tried Texas, London, and Paris. ALl the same.

I tried updating graphics drivers.

Restarting Computer

Uninstalling/Reinstalling to my different drives on my computer

Using Laptop connection using cell data hotspot

Other account, added Path of Exile and made a new character.

All let me in, check authentication, and then when I click a character to load in it loads me into that instance and crashes back to the main menu with "Disconnected Failed to connect to instance at Log In Screen"

I actually have the same from this morning. It was fine yesterday. When i click on servers, normally i could see ping to them, all of them have a question mark. On the screen i see log that i authenticated but i get a long loading screen with a message that i failed to connect to instance.
