Item ToolTip Locked to Side of Screen

Somehow, I managed to lock all my item tooltips to the right of the screen when hovering over an item. As much as I love this for comparing items quickly, it is making it difficult to map quickly.
Any chance this was turned on by a hotkey combination?

did you fix it somehow? having the same issue

I have the same issue as well - any ideas would be welcome!
