Account Lost All Charcter Data

I recently made an account and logged onto poe trade and linked it to my steam account. Now all of my characters are gone along with all micro transactions. I also have proof in my linked steam account saying I have 323 hours played and achievements. Can someone look at my account and correct this issue.
