Wrong logged caracter

Good day, it there a way to reassign a caracter to my profile.
I don't want to loose all of my achievement and characters.

My real account is Moutarde_Choux.
When i tried to link account with steam, seems like it didn't load the proper user and now, i don't have access to all of my characters.
