Can't receive verify e-mail.

I recently contacted support to help me because I couldn't receive the verification email.
After many messages and suggestions to add to contact list and whitelist still not working!
I tried to reply and ask for next step support but no response since then.
Anyone have another solution or another way to contact support? It seems I can't contact support since a few hours ago.
