Chat muted for 24h

Good morning, I was playing poe when my phone rang, I went to answer it and my cat climbed on my keyboard, typed and sent several repeated letters in the chat and I was muted for 24 hours by a gm. How can I reverse this? I can't even buy anything on the trade.
