Visual bug with Poisonous Concoction of Bouncing

Normal Poisonous concoction gem, gives a character potion flask, as a model on a character.
Poisonous Concoction of Bouncing - does not.
More specifically, if you swap link, from original gem, to new version, model of flask will stay on a character, but if you'll try to load into new zone, model of flask will disappear.
If you will try to equip new gem, without equipping old one first, model of flask will not show up.
