How likely is Blight to kill my CPU

How likely is Blight to kill my CPU? Temps peak at almost 100 Celsius.
I'm using the stock cooler, but even when exporting videos in Adobe Premiere Pro, while Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator are all open at the same time and I'm watching YouTube with like 30-50 tabs open this doesn't happen to my CPU. Nothing else reaches this critical temps and it's 21 Celsius outside, inside my room it's like 18 Celsius.

Edit: Ignore the fact that even with the Dynamic Culling enabled in-game I have a whopping 6 FPS most of the time while doing Blight-ravaged maps.
