PLS Refund Mtx !

I made a mistake today, and i bbought Stygian Steelskin Effect, and i got misled by the video, thinking that in the video it only shows when its activated, and i thoguht its an ongoing effect...but the ffect is only when u activate it, its not constant, it dissapears in 1 sec. i did not know that.
Please i would want a refund on this mtx, i will never use it 100%, but the one for leap i want to get will surely be used every league.
