Horned Scarab of Pandemonium - Nameless seer bug

this scarabs effect seems to bug nameless seer from spawning on final pack death modifier.

cleared a tropical island to 0 enemies remain with the modifier on skeleton wheels, so not something like golems that can hide underground etc, fully ran over the map multiple times, this scarab is the most likely suspect, i had only cartog scarabs otherwise and was running a drox citadel tropical island.

Still bugged, devoted Nameless seer, Maze of mino + scarab of pandemonium, seems like last pack was converted into boss and seer refused to spawn, 0 mobs left. Checked it with different characters. One more mageblood stolen by bug.
