Does anyone know if I link a minion skill such as Convocation for example to Automation it would gain the benefit from "Used a Minion skill recently"

No, triggered skills don't count as you using a skill

I think it might not work because of it being triggered. What is the full text for that mod? "Damage when you've used a minion skill recently"? Often when the word "you" is used triggering doesn't count. The mana mastery for recover when you use a guard skill doesn't work with CWDT as far as I'm aware. Also reading a reddit post of someone trying to get the mod to work with bone amour, it worked, but not with triggered minion skills. You should be able to test it on character sheet? Does your damage go up when you self cast, and does it do the same when triggered?

Btw, any idea why cant I find find convocation skill gem for purchase from vendor?
