High-Impact/Blastchain still good after the 3.20 nerf from hell?

I'm remembering playing some mine builds years go, but I look now and I see there was a major nerf to High-Impact and Blastchain support.

Is it still viable to use any of those 2, now in 3.24?

Bump/ No one? Nobody plays with these support gems anymore? Am I asking in the wrong forum?

The only way to play a spell mine build (aside from Stormblast, Icicle and Pyroclast mines) is to use either of these supports. Currently one of the most popular builds in SC is Hexblast miner. What 3.20 nerf are you talking about?

Hmm, rechecking its not 3.20 but 3.17 (that would mean its been a while now).

Blastchain Mine Support now deal 59% less Damage at gem level 1 (previously 40%), and 53% less at gem level 20 (previously 33%).

High-Impact Mine Support now deal 56% less Damage at gem level 1 (previously 35%), and 50% less at gem level 20 (previously 28%).

I would call that a nerf indeed.
